How we work
Our initial process is simple.
We’ll jump on a call to see if Capsule CRM is a good fit for you.
If it is, we’ll do a demo of the system so you can see it’s capabilities for yourself and make sure you like the feel and aesthetic of it.
If you decide it’s right for you, we’ll start with our 12-step process that includes build, implementation, live user training and a selection of tailored training videos , so that you end up with a customised Capsule CRM that you and your team can use straight away.
Our pricing
We’re open with our pricing as we treat it as a project, not on how many hours it takes to do.
The investment for us to implement and build Capsule CRM for you is £2,025 + VAT.
This can be split between 1-3 months, depending on how quickly you want the system in place.
On average, including the training, a build takes 12 weeks. If you need it quicker than this, just let us know!
