Capsule surveyed hundreds of UK professional services firms to find out what's working, what's not, and where businesses are struggling to keep up.

The findings won't surprise anyone running a small business: too much time lost to admin, fragmented systems making it hard to see what's happening, and nearly half of business owners saying work worries regularly spill into their personal lives.
