Perfect if you want support in getting started with Capsule. Your time commitment will be 2 hours.

Perfect if you want support in getting started with Capsule and Transpond. Your time commistment will be 4 hours.
What’s included:
Full Capsule CRM Implementation
This project fee can be split between 3 months (£725 * 3)
This is a ‘Done with you’ style process which take approx. 3 months.
Perfect if you don’t want the headache nor have the time to implement Capsule CRM. You just want to provide information and then have someone who can look after it all.
Your time commitment will be weekly 1 hour Teams calls across those 3 months (12 in total) which will be all recorded and you can refer back to them. All the work we do is live and you will know exactly how to use Capsule from the start.
What’s included:
Full Capsule CRM & Transpond Implementation
This project fee can be split between 4 months (£700 * 4)
This is a ‘Done with you’ style process which take approx. 4 months.
Perfect if you don’t want the headache nor have the time to implement Capsule CRM and Transpond e-mail marketing tool. You just want to provide information and then have someone who can look after it all.
Your time commitment will be weekly 1 hour Teams calls across those 4 months (16 in total) which will be all recorded and you can refer back to them. All the work we do is live and you will know exactly how to use Capsule and Transpond.

What Time Assist is about
For years, we’ve worked with a lot of different CRM’s, Task Management systems, and Project Management systems. None of them really felt right to us. We found that we were jumping from one system to another and even after adding processes, it just felt disjointed.
Things changed when we found Capsule. The more we used it, the more we realised that it’s the simplest way to do pretty much everything at an affordable price.
So, we jumped headfirst into learning how to set it up and customise it for different businesses.
And what a difference it made.
Hours saved. Cost savings. Increased productivity. Better sales figures. Better relationships.
All from putting one system in place.
For a while we’d be toying with the idea of just implementing Capsule and ignoring everything else.
In August 2024, 2 years after first discovering Capsule, we’re all in.
Our founder, Jaanika, is the Capsule Queen. There’s not a lot she doesn’t know about how it works. But our real skill is understanding how you work and tailoring Capsule to you.
